Me and my husband were having a rough financial time a couple of years ago, and had fallen behind on our mortgage payments to the point we didn't know what we were going to do, well we tried refinancing but no one would help us cause they could see we were already behind with our current mortgage lender at the time so of course no one would help us. Well it got so bad that we thought the only thing we could do is maybe let them foreclose on us and surrender our home which hurt not only us but our credit as well. We knew it was just a matter of time before we got a letter saying we were being foreclosed on.
